RFI screened mouldings for sensitive electronic devices


Radio frequency interference (RFI) is a common problem for small sensitive electronic assemblies. Inoplas can produce a wide variety of injection mouldings using advanced techniques to minimise RFI.


Cases with an internal Nickel spray offer substantial protection against RFI over a range from 0.1MHz to 1000MHz. Typically attenuation is in the order of 84dB to 52dB.

Injection moulded enclosures compounded with stainless steel fibres offer a more cost effective product with good RFI screening.
