We work with a wide range of engineering polymers from standard nylons through to exotic thermoplastics with very specific performance characteristics and processing requirements.

Injection moulding is one of the most flexible and economical ways to manufacture parts. Most of our tools are manufactured using hardened H13 Inserts to ensure consistent shot to shot quality. We also offer alternatives when applicable including aluminium, P20 steel and stainless steel as appropriate.

We can, of course, work in a full range of colours whether masterbatched or compounded and we work in batches which range from 100 parts to 40,000 in shot weights ranging from less than a gramme up to 400 grammes. Our 24 injection moulding machines have clamp forces up to 130 tonnes and are fitted with a full range of ancillary handling equipment.
