3D printing PPE

As Inoplas are the proud owners of several 3D printing machines covering different technologies. Normally, because we are often involved in innovative design they are purposed for prototyping but with so many strains on the procurement of PPE we wanted to see how our humble machines could help and it turns out these match the criteria for creating the face mask design useful for NHS staff, so since then our little printers have been working at full capacity to produce as many high specification re-usable masks as possible, we are also utilising some recycled plastics for the visors making this as environmentally friendly as possible!

Didn’t know we could do that? Neither did we! For a full list of our capabilities and machines please click here to see what else might be possible.
